Planning

Aston Clinton Parish Council is consulted by Buckinghamshire Council on all planning applications and changes within our parish. As a statutory consultee, we review and provide comments on these applications.

The Parish Council discusses planning applications only during official Council or Planning Committee meetings. Residents are welcome to attend and share their views during the ‘Public Participation’ part of the meeting.

The Council’s agreed comments are then submitted to Buckinghamshire Council by the Parish Clerk. Buckinghamshire Council considers our input before making a decision. Most decisions are made by a Planning Officer, but more complex cases may be reviewed by Buckinghamshire Councillors in a meeting.
